Each time they decide on a grant or set of grants, fund managers and management teams publish a report on where they are allocating donations to their fund, and why they believe these allocations are effective. You can view these reports on the pages for each of the funds.
The Animal Welfare, Long-Term Future, and EA Infrastructure funds each make three payouts per year. See this article for details on the payout schedule of the Global Health and Development fund.
